Why you joined Chi O:

I joined Chi Omega because I knew it was a place where I could grow as a person and be surrounded by like-minded sisters. I could see how much of a home Chi Omega was to others. Every sister I met made me feel welcomed and cared for, which is what I knew I needed during my college experience. I am grateful for being able to be apart of this sisterhood and have gotten the chance to meet amazing people. Everyone has been incredibly supportive and I have found my favorite people through Chi Omega. Our sisters inspire me everyday to become the best version of myself and I enjoy being able to cheer on sisters in their endeavors.

Favorite Chi O memory:

My favorite Chi O memory was when sisters and I bonded while making dog toys out of old Chi O shirts to donate to a dog shelter!

Why you joined Chi O:

I joined Chi Omega because I could tell how much the sisters cared about each other. The Chi O presence on campus was huge and even before I joined, I could see that sisters were always supporting other sisters! When I talked to Chi O at fall recruitment events during my first year here, I could also tell how dedicated and eager all of the sisters I met were. I knew then that Chi O was a great place for me to grow.

Favorite Chi O memory:

My favorite chi o memory would have to be my big/little reveal! I am so thankful for my fam and can remember laughing until my stomach hurt the first night we all got to know each other.

Major: Electrical and Computer Engineering

Why you joined Chi O:

Talking with all the sisters during recruitment made me feel so happy. Everyone was genuinely interested in what I had to say and we had many similar interests! The sisters had the same values as me and wanted to make long-lasting friendships. I felt a sense of belonging and I knew that Chi O was my home.

Favorite Chi O memory:

My favorite chi o memory is working with other directors to plan the retreat for the chapter. We wanted to throw a murder mystery party where everyone was involved. It was a ton of work and at times it felt all over the place, but it was worth it in the end. Such a fun experience and so gratifying when the event happened. I am proud of making something the whole chapter enjoyed along with other sisters.

Why you joined Chi O:

I joined Chi O because I always felt comfortable and welcomed whenever I was surrounded by the girls within this group. I never pictured myself being part of a sorority, but I am so glad I did. The experiences and the opportunities that Chi O has provided to me are things that I will take with me through my entire life. I’ve grown so much since becoming a member of Chi O and I cannot wait for what’s to come!

Favorite Chi O memory:

My favorite memories in Chi O have been big little reveals, both being the little and getting my little as well. The excitement, anticipation, and bonds that are made within our fams are such a rewarding and amazing experience!

Why you joined Chi O:

I joined ChiO through formal recruitment during my freshman year. Talking to Chi Omega during round 1 I realized that the values upheld by Chi Omega aligned closely with my own. Ultimately my decision to join Chi Omega was driven by our values and the promise of a genuine sisterhood that opens opportunities for personal and leadership development. I'm so grateful to have found my closest friends and made great memories because of Chi Omega.

Why you joined Chi O:

I joined Chi Omega because of the incredibly smart, talented, and life-changing women I met during recruitment. My sisters are the girls I look up to because they are, in their way, all role models and are a major reason why I am where I am today! It is always unconditional love and fun with my sister and this is something I will cherish forever.

Favorite Chi O memory:

My favorite memory has been getting pied in the face with whipped cream alongside my little, Katie and laughing back at the recording with our other sisters!

Hometown: Upton, MA

Major: Aerospace Engineering

Why you joined Chi O:

I joined Chi O when I met so many sisters like me during recruitment! These women are so compassionate, driven, and committed to serving the community while bettering themselves. I didn't have many friends at WPI and I wanted to find more women with similar values. During recruitment, I loved the people I talked to! We talked about volunteering, crocheting, and our other hobbies! I learned how Chi O is a family and everyone is supported. Chi O has so many different opportunities, including networking, sisterhood and support, career development, scholarship, service, and more. Everyone is unique here, but we are bonded through our values and our love for Chi Omega and bettering each other and ourselves.

Favorite Chi O memory:

When I got my little, Sarah, during the big/little reveal! The week was so much fun with leaving her gifts and writing fun notes. After the reveal, we got dinner with our family and had a charcuterie board night. I'm so glad to have her as my little!
